Returns

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Since all sales are final, all items are non-returnable unless they are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days where required by law. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Refunds are not permitted for items that are delivered as ordered and in good condition.
